This is not 100% possible since every package needs a different decoder.(this goes for the scrambled channels and soft scrambled, soft scrambled means you need to have the proper decoder but you don't have to pay )Now I don't know if all digital channels become scrambled (soft or hard)Or if there ever will be digital tuners with more than one decoder(since every package needs a different decoder and even some regions need a different decoder for the same package)But at this moment some digital channels are free namelyTNT, CARTOON NETWORK, TF1, A2 , FR3, LA CINQUIEME, M6 , ZDF, ARD , WEST3, SUDWEST 3, MDR 3, NORD 3, BBC WORLD, CNN,NBC , and at this moment I think this is it but the free channels are getting less!Soft scrambled channels are( need the proper decoder but not pay) RTL4, SBS6, VERONICA, VT4 (first three a dutch Multichoice decoder needed and for VT4 a Belgium multichoice version decoder needed
And costs quite a few pennies
